As we continue to all do our parts in observing physical distancing to flatten the curve, we understand that this way of life has become our new normal.
Still, many of us rely on mobility as a necessity for work and to keep our family safe and healthy. That is why, as a provider of mobility, we are resuming concierge services, with limited availability, starting Monday, May 4th. Our Concierge team has implemented a number of precautionary measures during our pre- and post-flip vehicle preparations to ensure maximum health and safety during this time. To support our healthcare professionals mobility needs, we've also created a supported pricing to assist the medical staff on our frontlines. #Thankyou.
- Protective Equipment — All of our Concierges wear mandatory personal protective equipment such as facial masks and gloves while preparing your vehicle and during a delivery.
- Surfaces — All interior and exterior surfaces of our vehicles will be disinfected in great detail before and after every flip.
- Keys — Key fobs will be wiped down and sanitized before your delivery.
- Contactless — For the safety of our Members and our Concierges, we will leave the disinfected key in your vehicle for you to pick up, to maintain a contactless delivery. We ask that you leave your current key in your center console for our Concierges to pick up.

To further support our community and the workers who are working hard to keep us all safe, Portfolio by OpenRoad is waiving the one-time $999 activation fee for all healthcare and frontline workers, using code #ThankYou.
Your Safety Is Our First Priority
At Portfolio we care about the health, safety, and well-being of our clients, staff, and those around them who they will come in contact with.
In an effort to minimize risks of spreading the recent worldwide outbreak of COVID-19, we have prepared ourselves to take some extra precautions when cleaning and preparing vehicles within our fleet. And will continue to uphold these measures of sanitation for the foreseeable future.
If you see our concierges wearing equipment such as facial masks, or gloves, please don’t be alarmed — we are doing this as an additional level of safety. Vehicles will be disinfected in great detail after every flip. We will also be providing travel bottles of hand sanitizer or disinfecting wipes within the centre console or glove boxes of our vehicles. Please use these at your leisure but do keep them in the vehicles as we want to ensure all guests are as safe as possible.
